Managers have to be the rock that holds together the company, they are the light at the end of the tunnel for their staff. In order to even have managers, the creator of the company mist have a well thought out and clear business plan.

They help the employees reach goals and set even new goals for the company. They posses the leadership skills to lead a multitude of people and keep them motivated. They know what needs to be done and they come up with a game plan on how to get it done more effectively. They are great planners. Things come up and they deal with them accordingly to keep the integrity of the company.
