How to Relieve Nose Block at Home the Indian way - Kehyo!
  •  A warm glass of water, hot ginger, and green tea can help relieve nasal congestion. It comforts and soothes the inflamed membranes that outline your nose and throat and also thins out the  mucus that could be causing a blocked nose. 
  • Saline sprays are a great way to clear out your nasal passage when you have a cold. Salt water helps unblock your nose, but only when you do it frequently will ensure good results. 
  • The natural way to treat a stuffy nose, eating spicy foods can be an option. Chillies have a component called capsaicin, known for its heat-producing  effect. This can open up nasal passage, reduce inflammation and relieve blocked nose. 
  • Mixture of garlic juice, juice of holy basil, crushed peppercorns, clove and honey and drink it to help you to clear the nasal block. 
  • One of the oldest and most reliable Ayurvedic remedies for nasal congestion is with the use of ajwain. You can take a small quantity of ajwain in a clean cloth and heat it in a vessel and later sniff it. This would help you in clearing the blocked passage. 
  • Do a steam inhalation with water infused with tulsi and mint leaves to help decongest the nasal Passages. Inhale the fumes from a burnt stick of turmeric to decongest your airways.
  • Nasal blockage can be treated by inhaling aromas of the mixture of eucalyptus oil and warm water for about 10-20 minutes. The same can be substituted with peppermint oil in absence of eucalyptus oil.
